On August 17th, Dr. Yam successfully completed his first Ironman race at Mont Tremblant- Quebec, Canada. The race consisted of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run. From a total of 2,269 international participants, Dr. Yam crossed the finish line with a result of 12 hours 35 minutes and 18 seconds, which is better than the results of more than half of the participants! Great job, Dr. Yam! We are very proud of you!
